this is another holystar video by genji, (same guy who did the russian ozma w/ level one party and lv 7 tifa vs. emerald weapon.) with a level 99 cloud , alone, with no materia, vs emerald weapon, done on the pc version of ffVII
(he must like the characters who's names start with "c": cid, cait sith, cloud...meh.)
anyway, do you think it's legit? i couldnt care one way or another, it looks really awesome even if he did cheat.

I think what you saw was a regular attack. If you look the player selects "Attack" just before the "Cloud Limit Break" sign comes up, then the ATB fills up and he executes a Omnislash.
The film seems edited, but probably because seeing someone just using Hero Drinks/Elixirs and Omnislashing can get a bit boring. The irony is the player could have easily used X-Potions to do this, which are droppable by many monsters, rather than Elixirs since his MP was superfluous during this exercise.

Your theory is wrong, Tifa doesn't start with C.
3min and 17 sec he has 2243 hp. 3min and 21 sec he has 3172 hp with no potions or anything used. This had to have been edited. Anyways it is completly posible to do they should have spead it up more and not cut it any.

chronic_Maniac, the reason Cloud has more HP after the screen-flip is because it's a cut in the video. Look at the timer. Six minutes had passed.
No materia Ruby Weapon is still a billion times harder (and a billion times more time-consuming).

Seems to me that this guy is an entertainer. And is probabley laughing at guys like us in forums who debate whether its legit or not :s
Since it's possible, and not even that hard I don't see why it shouldn't be legit. It might have been edited because he didn't want the file to be too big + it's all just the same repeated process, so it's not like you really miss out on something important. But whatever.

at level 99 Clouds limit gauge wud not go up that quickly!it takes bout 12,000 damage for him to get his limit.
If you look at the gauge, its red. Indicating he has "Fury"!
what does hero drink do?
