    lol yeh if the mangas been sold in Waterstones then I have to say, that generally means its pretty famous actaully :P (relatively at least)

    Allthough I have to admit, I have seen (first volumes of, at least) both Lament of the Lamb and SDK, 2 very good, quite unknown manga series in Waterstones, so I guess there the exceptions

    Last Exile and Miyu arent particularly unknown. Never heard of that other one thogh, so I cant judge on it.

    I first seen Miyu on the Sci Fi channel on Sky, I also have the complete collection. It is known cause the DVDs are in HMV, etc.

    I came up with a new obscure anime : Ginban Kaleidoscope. odd, but good. A figure skater gets possessed with the ghost of a Canadian aviator. Very, very funny.

    Bleach dosent seem to be as well known as I thought it was. And trust me, you all HAVE to watch that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Ive got the boxset to Bleach also. It is well known, mangas popular in bookstores like Borders and Waterstones. Very popular.

    Akazukin Chacha's a good fairly old anime that seems pretty obscure You'll probably get sick of it fast though if you hate wordplay, since a heck of a lot of it's humour is based around it

    Another not-well-known but good one as far as character development (It is totally a character story) is Aishi<i></i>teru ze Baby. It's criminally adorable too.
