As regards the question, I am fairly sure 3 is the answer: Bizzaro Sephy, Safer Sephy and punchbag Sephy to get omnislashed by Cloud. But perhaps the lvl 50 version in Cloud's past counts as one...

I'd like to use 50:50 please, even though I somehow think you will leave me with 3 and 4.

Well wasn't so helpful as DoaJ fairly clearly didn't read my almost identical post and your subsequent reply. Nevertheless, our answers seem perfectly sensible and valid, so the conclusion would perhaps be that the question is rather too vague with different answers possible- it is correct in that 3 forms of Sephiroth in the final battle are indeed Bizarro, Safer and normal at the end. It would be equally valid to include either Sephiroth lvl 50 at Nibelheim and the one you can get through hacking. I think questions are perhaps better if there is clearly only 1 possible answer but it is fairly obscure, requiring knowledge of unimportant sub characters or towns for example.

correct, there is the giant sephiroth you find when you go to the crater the first time in disk 2, right before the weapons all come out, and there is the sephy you all see, and then there is a sephy in clouds second flash-back when he realizes zach's
