The Brits!!
Anyone watch it this year? anybody think there was a particulary good live act on? anybody think someone who won shouldn't have? what was the highlight of the show? and any other things you want to discuss about the brits post here!!My favourite live act was probably the Gorillaz I'm a huge fan and all the kids that accompanied them were cool.

I watched it and enjoyed it, I loved the Gorrilaz at the end and James Blunt, everyone should leave James Blunt alone! urm and I am glad for Kaiser Chiefs, I like them a lot too and deserved every award they got.
I heard that Prince completely owned the show. Typical, it's the Brits and they get upstaged by a damn yankie. Nevermind, Prince still rules. Purple Rain FTW!

Couldn't stand the awards themselves, partly because the choices themselves were terrible, and partly because the scripted comments were embarrassingly unfunny (how does Chris Evansa keep getting work?). The performances were much better, particularly from Gorillaz, who are always a joy to watch.

Yawn. Twas mostly dull. Nearly all the awards were playing it safe and predictable. I thought Kaiser Chiefs performance was reasonable, Jack Johnson was delightful and Gorillaz were amazing. James Blunt is whiny self-obsessed twat, KT Tunstall is a plague on this earth, and Kanye West is the most arrogant self-absorbed man in music these days.
Did anyone else think that coldplay slightly resembled RUNDMC with there black tracksuits and boxfresh trainers...
