ok I'm wanting to make this part of eoff better and I don't see a thread of this so here it is from easiest to hardest the way to get AJ.
Note: I will be adding them here and there. and you have to be level 30 to do them.

BST: enter lower jeuno and go up the stairs right beside the chocobo stables. You will talk to Dietmund. Now go to Qufim and wait under a cliff at F-8 until 21:00 to 4:00 and examine these Night Flowers. Take them back to Dietmaund and then head to the chocobo stables in upper jeuno and talk to Brutus who once gave you the chocobo licence.
