I think the theme to Final Fantasy VIII, I mean, it just went well with the movie.
I really couldnt say, there are so many amazing tracks on some of the OSTs.
Don't know really.. But I'd love to play Roses & Wine on a piano..
& I'd like to play Vincent's theme on a harpischord.
I'd have to say The Dark Messenger or Trance Kuja if you prefer(FFIX), Terra Theme(FFVI) and the song that plays in Rebana Te Ra(spelling?) in FF:CC. haven't been able to find the name of this track, but it's absolutely gorgeous.

There are so many good songs, it's hard to pick one... But I would have to say "I Feel As You Feel" from FFV is my favorite FF song OR FFII's (not IV) main theme. I'm also torn between Esto Gaza from FFIX, Let Me Know The Truth from FFIII, and The Salt Flats from FFVIII.
