Finding Dreadnought

Hi, I'm playing FF2 (Dawn of Souls), and I'm north of Fynn trying to find the Dreadnought. I am not succeeding. Can someone specify the location, or maybe there's something I have to do to get it to appear first? I thought I had done everything I had to (got sunfire, etc). Thanks.

Go to the very upper left corner of the screen. there's a strip of land connecting the upper left corner of the world and the lower right corner. walk along that way. is it clear now?

You need the Sunfire before you do anything. To get that you need some sort of torch.

i've already made it to the bottom right, but still don't know the exact location. is it in the deserty-type place, or did i go too far? i appreciate your help.

You need to go get the sunfire, which is up north, in a castle.
