    can i call and have them reset or do i need to remember my old play online id?

    I think you could call up S-E's technical help, and provide enough ID to get your codes back. You should really write them down.

    i saved them in an old email address, but dur to lack of activity the email address closed, i never wrote them down incase my pc stuff was stolen
