LOL Elvaan and Hume are nothing alike, Elvaan excel better at STR and MND but their HP are superior without gear over Hume and Mithra, however their MP is in general more inferior than Hume or Mithra. Mithra and Hume are the balanced ones, with Hume a teeny better at STR VIT CHR and Mithra a teeny bit at DEX and AGI.

However, choosing your race depending on your job or vice versa is the most retarded thing ever...
