It'd probably be a bit better if I could read them, but judging from the stats and levels alone I can tell that they're more than a little overpowered.
And as another note, don't spam this thread.

So, is there a Cloud's card? I hope it is as strong as Sephiroth's.
Sorry* if you're the creator of these cards, but they look rather poorly photoshopped. They look like they were done in MS Paint.
And they're all VII, VIII, and X. Minus points in my book.
*I'd have said No offense instead, but it really doesn't make much sense. It'd be pretty tough to not take offense.

I would have figured they would have used character renders rather than lineart for belgemine, jecht, and braska had they been real.
I am a yugioh fan. I never realized that Ifrit and Bahaumat were real cards. Pretty cool though.
