    You can buy a linkshell at these locations in the starting cities:

    Bastok: Ilita (Port Bastok, E-7)
    San d'Oria: Paunelie (Southern San d'Oria, E-8)
    Windurst: Khel Pahlhama (Port Windurst, H-9)
