Try www.youtube.com and type in "Final Fantasy VII" it comes up with a lot of stuff but there should be some FFVII clips there.

Use PSX Multi Converter to rip them from the FFVII disks yourself. The quality will be much better than anything you'll find on the net. Of course, if you have the PC version of FFVII you can view them directly from the disks...
