dude when i got chrono trigger fer the ps1 i kept accidently calling crono goku.O_o its a little scary Akira Toryama isnt very good at making his people look different
like lucca-bulma chrono-goku magus-vegeta(my love)ect
and it goes the same for dragon quest 8 O_o does anyone else feel the same???

Dragon Quest and Chrono Trigger have the same character designer, and as Kid said, Akira Toriyama cant make his characters look at all different. It's always the same face and somewhat different hairstyles.

yea i knew it its the truth, dbz may be my favorite cartoon but (this is told directly torward Akira Toriyama)you need to make your peoples look different its not that HARD CHANG THE EYES OR THE FACE SHEESH!!!IM SICK OF SEEING PEOPLE THAT LOOK LIKE GOKU IHATE GOKU MAKE THEM LOOK LIKE VEGETA vegeta is way more cooler than freekin goku god!!!

The one thing he can be fairly good at is villans. I can't recall too many villians that resemble some other character he has drawn. His heros are like a little kid tracing his ealier works.

actually yes i remember umm ohhh whats his name oh! slash he kinda looked like that pecon guy from the kia planet sept he was green and magus somwhat reminds me of vegeta so i guess theres a little resemblence just not alot

What a lot of people DON'T know is that Akira Toriyama (character designer of Dragon Quest and Chrono Trigger, and creator of Dragon Ball Z) also does around 90% or the monster designs in the games. Most of the monsters from Chrono Trigger were his creations and same thing goes in the Dragon Quest world. He's actually really creative. And I mean how could you not love the person who came up with Nu's and Slimes?

yea i know exactly who janus looks like with out even thniking. i mean im a huge fan of Akira Toriyama but somtimes i get annoyed cause i like crono but he looks like goku's oppisite twin and i REALLY hate goku so i get irratated somtimes
