id outlaw rap music and make anything chav like illegal. id fill the world with electric guitars , drums and huge amplifiers. id teach combat in school and just use magic to make people clever. id be a master wizard and id make the judges stop making up pointless rules ( no using items? WTH!!! its so meaningless!) and also use them to make sure no one is killed in battle (just like in the game.). id bring in all jobs classes imaginable and magic skills and make the world a better place.
