I dunno. Probobly Cid from ff8... he is kinda geeky. And Cid from X, X-2... he is just odd looking.
That was the cool thing about Zell, he was in your face and cool. The tattoo is brilliant cause thats how Zell is mainly remembered. That and being called 'Chicken Wuss.'
I would have to say that Cinna is pretty ugly. I don't hold it against him, though, as he makes good coffee.

Queen Brahne is called an "elephant-lady" for good reason, and I think she takes the cake when it comes to hideous looks. The weird-coifed freak Seymour gets honorable mention, just as Cinna kinda is...but he scrubs up everyday, so I can't hold that against him.
