Iplayed a game in shumi village and now I have the random rule attached to my card games every where I go…is their a way to get rid of this rule?

You can remove the rules. There's a man in a blue jacket and brown trousers at the Balamb docks that only plays the Trade Rule. Play him and it will remove some of the rules as you spread Balamb rules around the world.
