Spurs, despite what Arsenal fans might claim, aren't idiots. They know they have a cat's chance in hell of getting the game replayed. The thing is, they have to show they have done everything possible to try to reverse the damage caused by the hotel in order to stand a chance of winning a compensation claim against them.
