Default Memory or Default Cursor options?

Well, I guess I'm going to start a series of "Config Polls" to see generally what we pick when we do the config for ff games.

To start it off, do you pick memory or default cursor? I pick memory, as I usually repeat the same thing for each character.

    what's the difference???

Anyway, I like doing things my way..............so I guess I always set it on memory.

EDIT: ah! now I know what's the difference XD.......yeah.........default's better, it allows you to open your mind to new actions, instead of just using the same moves/actions over and over again. And you won't use IMPORTANT items on default by mistake like it memory.

Always memory. One thing that has always bugged me is that in FFVI they actually remembers your last action between battles, so when you get in a new battle it puts the cursor on that action. Very handy when leveling up, you can just hit the button twice, once to go to your magic, and once more to cast the spell you cast last battle. I don't know why they removed that after FFVI.

Default. In tougher battles I rarely use the same move twice in a row, and in easier battles I rarely need anything but attack. I've also gotten so used to memorizing how many button presses to get to a certain attack that memory just throws me off. The only time I'd ever consider using it is in some sort of auto level trick or something along those lines.

Memory, unless I'm killing a boss.

    They did?

I know ffx is just a bunch of X'ing. [abilities] -> quick hit.
