Hmm..I would probably be extremely depressed, seeing how I love FF and FF8 especially. I couldn't write any Fanfictions on FF8, I couldn't read FF fanfictions, I would be insanely bored, I wouldn't be a die-hard RPG fan, I wouldn't have my favorite music, and I never would have heard of eBay.

Without Final Fantasy I would not have played other GREAT rpgs like Thousand Arms(One of the best rpgs EVeEer!)
Without Final Fantasy, my life would probably revolve around Star Trek, relativity and the wierd physics that I hope to study at Uni next year, as it stands though, they're just a side interest...

No FF -> Squaresoft goes bankrupt -> No merger with Enix -> No DQVIII
Actually, if FF hadn't saved Squaresoft from bankruptcy, we would be missing many good games.
