Actually, that's what his case has always been. That mods were against copyright laws and that if EA won't force modders to stop making them that EA should be responcible for the mods themselves. It's actually quite retarded, as his entire case rests on whether or not a judge will buy into EA being at fault for other people smurfing with their [img]/xxx.gif[/img][img]/xxx.gif[/img][img]/xxx.gif[/img][img]/xxx.gif[/img]. Which isn't very likely.
