General FFV Help.
I have a ?uestion related to FFV. However, I don't want to make a thread based on one simple ?uestion that can be answered in one post. Therefore this is a thread for those of you that may a wanna know where to get a certain Blue Mage spell, or any other miscellaneous ?uestions...and if anyone knows the answer..well...you can hope that they reply.
Anywho my ?uestion is...Where do you recieve the Time Magic Meteo?
Meteo is received after completing the Great Sea Trench, at which time you also receive a Lithograph.
Lithograph three i believe, although IMO it's better to go obtain Lithograph four first and leave three until last. Take your sub under water and go to the place marked X. (Far right of the map)

I'm closing this because threads that are made without a specific question get quite chaotic. And if we had everything in one thread why would we need a whole forum dedicated to FFV?
