He's the guy in Narshe that removes the Crown from Terra, he also plays a part being one of the returners in Narshe.
Also, since I mentioned this in the CT Elimination I'll mention it here if no one here has seen that one, I suggest that after a character elimition is done for every FF and Chrono trigger we put each winner in a different Elimination to see who comes out on top. I'd do one for Chrono cross but to many characters.
