I get this idea from the next final fantasy thread so I try it here.
1. you can HURT people (-30 HP), HEAL people (+30), REFLECT people (neutralise any attack)
2. reflect only last for one post:
(yours, next person, reflect wears off)
3. You can only post after 6 posts.
4. every character start at 300HP, max HP is 420HP
