'Worst' is such a cruel word to use.....In my case i'm going to change it to 'not so good', because even if a game is last doesnt mean I hate it.

I think that's all that I've played. But I will use the word "worst" to describe 8. I think that Final Fantasy 8 may be one of the worst RPGs ever made. I've tried so many times to choke that game down, and right near what I'm told is the end of the first disc, I can take no more, and I have to give it up and try again some other time. The game is just so freaking awful. I don't think I'll ever beat the game because it is so boring. I retract my earlier statement. In my experience, Final Fantasy 8 is one of the worst games ever made, of any genre. Seriously, off the top of my head, I can't think of a game that was a bigger disappointment than FF8.
EDIT - No offense to the poster above me. I just now noticed that 8 was first on his list. If you like it, enjoy it. I'm sure you don't like FFT that much, and that's okay with me. Just please don't think that my post was a stab at you. It seriously was not. I just don't like FF8. I've tried and tried to like it. I've played it a lot, hoping that one day, I'd like it. I'd just turn it on, and actually enjoy it. But so far, it's just been boring, disappointing, and not interesting at all.
I most certainly can. FFT was way too unbalanced, and the story was convoluted. FFTA was fixed.

I guess VIII was too much of a departure for some people. That's too bad. I like the fact that it was so different.
That game soothes me...
For me, it had nothing to do with changes. It had to do with what I saw as an extremely flat pair of main characters, poor backstories, horrid plot, and a very very lame love story.
All my own take on it of course, but it had nothing to do with the game itself for me. I loved the game play, Draw was a bit tedious but not bad, and Triple Triad was amazingly fun. Oh, and the Laguna segments were a blast.
