I can't really decide between the first three of them, all of them are great. V and MQ are the only ones that I didn't like.

FF 10 - Spehre grid is fun
FF TA - jobs and tactics
FF 10-2 - jobs (again)
FF 5 - jobs (i like jobs )
FF 1 - old good classic
FF 2 - interesting level system
FF 4 - nothing to say
FF 8 - junctions...
FF 6 - curse those random encounters and Kefka

For me, TA was more fun, better implemented, and less slow. My biggest turn off regarding Tactics was how slow it was. Plus, when I first played Tactics I was less experienced with tactical games. It wasnt until I played Vandal Hearts, a game with a similar but better worked battle system, that I started really understanding and enjoying tactical RPGs.

I played (and liked) VH, but it was too simple. Hardly any choice on jobs, no random battles... I don't know, FFT was more open-ended, and I like that.

I don't hate any of these games, I absolutely like all of them. The FFs at the lower part of my list are just the FFs I liked the least. All the FFs listed here are the only ones I've played.

1. Final Fantasy VIII- I seem to have an unconditional love for this game.
2. Final Fantasy X- This game had a really strong storyline and gameplay.
3. Final Fantasy IX- I really like the medieval setting and the diversity of the characters.
4. Final Fantasy Tactics- The battles are really challenging.
5. Final Fantasy X-2- I like the story, (heck yeah!) and the gameplay is fast and I like the Job (Dressphere) System. I also like the non-linearity.
6. Final Fantasy VI- I like the uniqueness of the characters especially Terra. The battle system is also nice.
7. Final Fantasy VII- I don't know why, but this is just not one of the best FFs for me.

6/9: Loved them both. Two of my favorite games of all times, not sure which one is better.

Tactics: T.G. Cid was godly. Friend got a party of lvl. 99's, went into a random fight and tried to kill T.G. with his own characters plus the monsters. Cid won.

IV: very fun,

5: Galuf is the coolest old man charater you ever control

7: Good story, a little overated IMO put still fun.

MQ: even though it was very easy and simple, not very complex story it was entertaing.

1: Also entertaining, not great by any means.

CC: Got excrutiatingly boring.

VIII: This game was crap, the characters were all stupid, except Zell and Irvine. Squall was over anqsty, though Rinoa was quite sexy. But to each there own.

I won't rate TA since I have a thing against small screens for the most pqart, though I am getting over it. So eventually I will play it on my DS when I can and maybe change the opinion.

1.FFVIII- I won't claim this game is undiluted, but it has so many wonderful moments, and has such well done characters that this game nears perfection. Squall is my favorite character of all time.

2.FFVII- Great story makes a great game.
3.FFX- Excellent game in every department.
4.FFIX- Strong story, with a fun feel.
(CC)- Great story.
(CT)- This game probably wins the award for most fun.
5.FFVI- I hadn't played this as I had never got into it the first time, I went back recently and it was sweet.
6.FFT- Awesome story, very fun gameplay.
7.FFX-2- I must admit I did totally enjoy this game (though I can't give a reason).
8.FFIV- Enjoyable game with some terrible (yet pleasant) characters.
9.FFI- Meh... This was kinda fun.
10.FFV- Meh... This was kinda fun.
11.FFII- Could never get into this enough to beat more than four or five bosses.
