Problem with Guild Wars

I was playing Guild Wars today, and right out of nowhere my game froze and I had to reboot my system, then this error report came up

Can anybody tel me what this means and how I can fix this?

Also, please DON'T point out that I have Service Pack 2. There's nothing I can do about it

You should be able to remove SP2 through Add/Remove programs.

You'd be better off checking the GW support site for error codes. Either that or just reinstall the game.

My computer sucks with Guild Wars too. Occasionally when I am playing, it will just freeze, and if i click around enough, my computer tower will make a beep noise (not through my speakers, its the computer itself). I need to restart my computer. Either that will happen, or it will not freeze, but flick to the 'blue screen of death' as I know it as, and has heaps of writing about stuff. I need to restart my computer then too. I have all the specs it says (I believe). I have Service Pack 2, is there something wrong with that?
