How can I make this kind's of thingy's???

You need an animation program. the GIMP had one i believe, or adobe's imageready, or Animation Shop.

Then you draw each frame of the animation and put them in the right order with timing.

Know how to sprite? If so, make a bunch of sprites and throw them into an animation program. Hopefully relevant to eachother and in a particular order.
