I must say that's pretty impressive. How much was it and where'd you go?
Leviticus Tattoo in Minneapolis.
I'd uh... prefer not to talk about the price!
Awesome, did you just bring in a picture and they drew it, becuase it's a mighty fine picture of vincent
I hate you. Simply for having that tattoo.
I must ask, have you considering getting it coloured? Though it's mightly impressive already.

Str8 Pimpin'
Will it be coloured or will you let it be like that?
Actually, this is from DoC, We looked at a few different pictures of him, and compiled them together for the tattoo. Zack, the artist, then did it free hand on carbon paper, and then transferred it to my leg.Originally Posted by jaketidus
Nah, I'm going to devote my entire leg to Vincent and leave it like that. I like looking like a colouring book. When I get bored, I can colour him with Sharpies, add hats and moustaches. Maybe a flask of whisky.Originally Posted by Vincent Valentine
This is just the outline, all 2 hours of it. I go back in for the shading April 1st, which will take about 3 hours. And then there is the colouring, which will take at least 2.5... I'm also going to add some background, either trees and from the City of Ancients- or things from the ShinRa mansion. Also, thinking of doing a shadow of Chaos behind him.
Haha! I even sang the victory song when he finished! 'Da-da-da-dat-da-dat-da-da-dun!'

Id love to get some tattoo's and piercings when Im older but Id be too afraid.
Your tattoo looks amazing~ Bah. I wan't it.
That is just awesome, keep us posted with the updates as you get more done.
I hate this question like posion. No, having needles covered in ink continually puncture your skin to the deepest layer for hours feels like happy. Seriously. It hurts. How much depends on your pain tolerance, and location. My other tattoos didn't hurt much. This one was fine, until I started getting inked behind the knee. I'm a 5'6 90lb girl, and I've managed to survive adequately. Most of the time, I enjoy it.Originally Posted by Zeldy
It's pretty funny, actually. While I was getting it done, there was a big tough guy there, getting some silly little tribal tattoo on his arm. He was endlessly complaining, flinching and whining- he had to keep taking smoke breaks like every five minutes! His girlfriend kept teasing him about 'the cute little girl' getting a leg half sleeve. Everyone was standing around watching me, which quite honestly, was the worst part of the whole ordeal.
Please, don't ever let pain dictate or sway your opinion on a tattoo. The first time I was tattooed, a woman walked into the shop, and picked out a piece of flash from the wall. The artist asked where she wanted it, to which she replied 'wherever it won't hurt.' She was promptly escorted out.
A tattoo will be on you for the rest of your life. The pain is temporary, the art is until you rot. Besides, you have to earn it.
Make sure you know what you want, as well. What's cool now may not be so hot when you are 40. (Yes, a video game character is that important to me.) Tattoos can also interfere with potential careers, and are highly looked down upon in some social standings. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask!
