I like a little spicy. I do not like my toungue burning and my face sweating as you put it. If it gets to that point, I think it was a bit much! But a little spice is good.

I really hate spicy food that makes me sweat and my tongue burn. :scream: Instead I want mild foods like Sweet Pepper, Sweet Chili Sauce, sometimes sweet foods like fruits, cakes and candies.
