    TIFA!!!

    with all that materia,tifa has more than enough moves to beat ryu up.especially with kotr and shield and all that.

    I would assume this is a martial arts match. Why else should it be vs. Ryu?
    Tifa has like 9 moves. Regular attack, deathblow, and 7 limits
