    Default Pink Tails and Song

    I have just joined this forum, and really like what I have seen. After reading the comments about the Sirens, I went through the Trial area and plundered about 50 Sirens to aid in my Pink Tail Quest.
    When facing the Pink Jellys, does it make a difference in houw fast you kill them vs. the probability you will get a Pink Tail. Also, has anyone ever been able to plunder one using Edge? I can kill them all with 1 summons from Rydia, 1 Blitz from Edge, and 2 Red Fangs, but do not know if killing them faster help my chances in getting one.
    Sorry if this question has already been asked and answered. I looked, but did not find it.

    Killing them faster won't help your chances of them dropping. Whether or not the items drop is decided at the start of the battle and cannot be changed. You can't plunder them either.

    Thank you for the answer. I was plundering red fangs like crazy to try and kill them faster.
