I figured I would be boring and list all of the FINAL bosses that I can remember and rate them1-10(1 being easiest)

FFI-Chaos 4
FFII-the white version of chaos(I think) 6
FFVII-Sephiroth(1-on-1) 3
FFVIII-Greiver 7
FFIX-Chaos 9
FFX-2-shuyin -1

and is it just me or was the IX chaos the closest from destroying everything
