I kinda experimented the 1st time I played the game, then the times after that I always did the slow dance, which I think is "Eyes On Me."
Yeah, it is a variation of EoM. Most of the songs on the soundtrack are a variation of the ballad, in the games that have them. (And Liberi Fatalli too.)
Someone told me the wrong combinations and i got some seriously screwed performance...then i reset and di the Irish Jig

i wish id done irish jig. because on both of my games i either did random messy music or the slow tune and both of them had a bad outcome.

I never did the random thing. If you pick the slow song then after awhile Rinoa will say they've been playing badly, if you pick the Irish she doesn't say anything.
