I actually prefer Birth of a God to One Winged Angel, but that's just me. OWA is still awesome though. (And I wouldn't be surprised if everyone else voted for it.)
I usually kill Jenova-SYNTHESIS before the intro to her song is played anyway.

Jenova SYNTHESIS's theme is too repetitive, its a very short looping soundtrack...
Birth of a God is good, but again, is more repetitive than OWA, which is more like a full music track.
If you're considering the orchestral OWA, or the AC-OWA, they win no problem against any of the above...
