k hes my thought on the matter once u get to the point in the game where all those final fantasy freaks r where all ur characters got everything on the sphere grid, and all the people hit the same have everything the same.... go through the list, tidus is deffintly not the coolest, so hes out, yuna is out in the first place anyways, wakka is horrible with his stupid annyoing laugh adding ya at the end of every sentance and when yunas like "i just want him close by" wakkas like "whaaaaaaa" then u get to laugh at him so wakkas out, lulu is just a goth girl, with a japenise haircut, and belts all around her so shes out cause she has nothing cool about her, kimahri all u get to know about him is that hes a beast he can own people with his lances, has really strong arms, is blue, and has a broken horn, although kimahri is my favorite right behind rikku he doesnt deserve best character cause he has nothing cool about him other then his brute stength beast look, now heres the last two rikku and auron and heres where i think the ending desintion is... and that dissition is up 2 u guys.
Tidus:
plus- main character, quick, his story, blitzball, and u get to know the most about him
minus- annyoing voice, overdrive u just press X, has the jeht sign all over his stuff although he hates his dad
Yuna:
plus- main girl character, tidus and her fall in love, main character of sequal, summons some of the coolest things in the whole game (ifrit is awesome)
minus- nothing!!!!! yuna should be the best rated character but shes not in!
Auron:
plus- looks awesome, giant swords, has a awesome hit, scar across his eye, arm in sleeve
minus- slow, already died trying to take someone on, was already a gaurdin although when u use him hes not even good at fighting
Kimahri:
plus- beast, huge, strong, hits hard and fast, ronso, big
minus- overdrive is not fun u do nothing
Wakka:
plus- only range weapon person
minus- uses a blitzball to kill monsters?!?!?!?!?, weird orange hair, annyoing
Lulu:
plus- black magic woman, has dolls (could go as minus too)
minus- goth (i guess some of u consider that a plus), cant hit for herself needs a doll to do it for her (and again some of u think thats cool)

plus- theif, awesome, fast, uses items as weapons and healing, overdrive can be unlimited almost!
minus- very weak when u get her

The whole you are evil thing just got old.
If you looked more clearly, all characters can hit by theirself. Auron and Tidus needed sword, yuna need staff etc.
yes Lulu use doll to attack, did auron, tidus or yuna use their hand or leg to kick enemy ass, no,no so all of them are the same except for Kimahri's Thrust Kick, Rikku could be exception cause she uses her hand to hit enemy.
Lulu have been in three pilgrimage more than Auron, just that two of them don't succeed
