I was just wondering, with it tomorrow and all what ye thought about Paddys Day. Does it mean much/nothing to you? Interesting in hearing your opinions

I'll be getting drunk...but not off green beer (BLEH!!!)
Ashy Larry-Marcy Projects-Marcy son WHAT!
South Side Irish. St. Patricks Day is big in my family. We don't do a whole lot special and the parade was last week.
I hope I don't forget to wear green!
(Some of you will get the true meaning behind this joke)

I missed both of Chicago's St. Patty's day parades, b/c I assumed that it'd be like Cleveland, where the parades were, you know, on St. Patty's day. Luckily, I'll be back home on Friday to catch the parade (I'm half Irish).
Grab the opportunities life hands you, that's my motto!
I don't usually do anything for Paddy's day, but it is also my friends birthday so I will be getting drunk. I won't be drinking Guiness though!
I'll spray my hair green.
Cause my family are Irish, they go over every year for St Paddys day and I havent been over for it in a few years. The atmopshere back in Westport is amazing and cause its a small town, people arent worried about getting drunk cause others will help them back home safely. I wont be going out and getting drunk though, I have some Southen Comfort in my fridge, so that will do me. Bradfords nightlife is bad enough on a normal night, let alone a national holiday thrown in!
Uni were selling Irish coffee, wouldnt have been as good as the real thing. And has anyone seen the Chicago River last year:
How cool is that?! Make sure you wear something green, or you'll get pinched!
Here in Savannah Georgia they also dye the river green and people party on river street bigger than they celebrate Mardi Gras here.
...
that river is amazing ha!

St Patricks day was a big thing when I was younger, now not so much. Im older now so my mom cant make me wear an ugly green sweater and a stupid button with a clover to school, because you know you will get pinched if you dont. Probably one of the many reasons why I hate Notre Dame today. I dont know, passing alcohol through my system till I loose control of my motor skills sounds like a pretty good Idea right now.
I will personally assassinate anyone who uses a four-leafed clover instead of a shamrock this year. For the love of God a shamrock only has three leaves! Three!
Either that or I'll just get drunk, as per every Friday night.

I'm a quarter Irish. Saint Patricks is an eh holiday to me. It's good really only because half of the school is gone because the band kids are going to perform in the parade in NYC.
EDIT: Well, keep in mind, I'm a 15 year old girl who doesn't drink. How good is St. Patties supposed to be for someone like ME? xD
