Default MGS3: Subsistence - Limited Edition.

I picked mine up yesterday, cracked it open, and sat down with my girlfriend to watch Existence. It was kind of...disappointing to say the least, but hey, everything else it came with made up for it.

And now it's going for upwards of $100 on eBay. Huzzah.

Crap that's out already. Blast my lack of fundage. I'll be picking up Subsistance eventually though, despite my lack of an internet connection for my PS2 (yet) and the fact that I've already played Snake Eater a couple of times over the last year. I must try this new camera system.

It's a pain at points, but good god almighty, it made The Fury so much easier.

There's more than enough going on in Subsistence to justify buying it even if you already have Snake Eater, especially since it's available for just thirty dollars. It's more for less. The shining golden standard to which all expanded versions of games shall be compared from now on.

I was unable to get one. They though i reserved a regular edition and not a limited one. They were rare even when released.

Judging by the posts in this thread, this game is going to be tough to find in stores. Are they going to make more copies or is it going to be rare forever?

The limited edition will be rare forever. No more will be made. The normal edition shouldn't be too hard to find.

What's the difference between the limited Edition and the normal edition?

You miss out on the 3rd disc which is pretty much MGS3...the movie. They threw all the cut scenes together to form a movie out of it. I have yet to watch it.
