Minor things that piss you off/you fear during gameplay.
I still remember the time when I was playing the game, Omega Weapon took out my party, then, all of the sudden, Phoenix appeared, and yes, resurrected my party (Irvine, Zell, Selphie) -- at the expense of Omega Weapon, gaining +9999 HP.
Another related scenario was when during a similar fight, Gilgamesh appeared, using Masamune; again, giving Omega Weapon + 9999 HP.
Lastly, the scenario I fear the most was Gilgamesh, showing up in the boss fight VS Adel.
Ok, let's discuss...

Ultima/Omega Weapon = Light Pillar. instant Death to one of my characters and since the next one can come really fast it gets me into a slight panic.
Dr. Odine. I never liked him as a character. I thought his accent was forced. Odin showing up at inappropriate moments was annoying at times.
Oh yes. I also hated the Deep Sea Research center, with it's fixed battles.I should've not killed Ultima Weapon to keep getting rare items though...

I also hated on my first spin through the game, I killed NORG and Elvoret without aquiring Leviathan and Siren respectively. I didn't mind missing Siren so much but I really didn't want to miss Leviathan, but staying true to my FF method (beating it once without a walkthrough, then going through a few more times to get all the secrets aided by a walkthrough) I didn't restart till i beat it without them...I think I might have missed Pandemona (Raijin) and I know that I didn't get Eden, Bahamut and Doomtrain...wow I missed alot on the first spin.
Well, all the draw-able GFs can be drawn from the final bosses in Ultimecia's Castle. (Unless you already knew that
Well I do now...i didnt in my first game though, because I didnt unlock the draw ability cuz i figured i wouldnt need it on a final boss.
