Ruby Dragons suck unless you've got Level Down. They are like playful kittens.
When you have to get the objects from Marboros to refine into things for Doomtrain - thats annoying.
Also when you first start going to Island Closest to Hell and the first monster is a ruby dragon or T-Rex and your characters aren't quite high enough to defeat them first time. That also sucks!
After you've levelled up heaps on I.C.T.H and then a malboro comes along and also the Ruby Dragons Breath before you get spr 255 which makes it piss weak

Another thing that was annoying was when I needed the Malboro tentacle for Doomtrain. (in my opinion, the hardest GF to get) So I put the Mug ability for Squall and Pain spell on for his status defense. My real problem was Berserk though. So I needed to go stock up a ton of Berserks from Wendingos. Confuse wasn't a big deal cuz I just made sure I didn't equip Item to anyone. So I get into a battle with a Malboro, and it uses Bad Breath and then Squall gets unconfused so I'm ready to Mug it. I tried to mug it like 10 times and I couldn't get anything!!!
I was sooo pissed off!!!
Finally, after it used Bad Breath another 6 times, I was able to mug a few tetacles, then I ran like hell outa there to go save!!!
thing that pissed me off so bad was i went into ulti's castle for the first time so everythin was sealed, i beat sphinxaur/sphinxara and i think i unblocked gf then i went to fight tri-point in the basement/winecellar (whatever that place is) and i was like 1 cm away from tri-point until random battle with ...

when you fight ulti and she constantly changes, it is so annoying bc I will start doing good then need to heal, but she cast reflect on ALL your characters.(my healers magic was toped so it healed her all the way)
Yeah, fighting Malboro's without the right juction is a ''Pain''.
Just running around after a battle with a decent junction, 2 seconds later you're fighting one of these.
Junctioning Pain serves well.
Ruby Dragons,
First they're easy than they're hard.
I was on the Ragnarok (when you first arrive) and I was fighting all the monsters..it was before I knew you had to do the colored pair and stuff, so I was fighting the same monsters over and over. Then, I finally figured that you had to kill one of a certain color then kill another monster with that same color. So I had killed about 3 other pairs and then I went to go save...but there was a yellow dragon there in front of it. Well, my characters were so weary from the other battles (and for some reason, I was low on healing magic and i had not assigned anyone the 'item' command..) and it killed me. -.-
Chicken-Wuss always bothered me, it just sounded stupid, and the Marbros. And since this is little things that piss you off, I'll just stop their.

It annoys me when you go to get bahamut and you have to walk really slow towards the light and you have to stop when the light glows. That gets on my nerves.
Yes those were both really annoying! Luckily I found a way to avoid the fixed battles!Oh yes. I also hated the Deep Sea Research center, with it's fixed battles.I should've not killed Ultima Weapon to keep getting rare items though...

Hmmm...not much annoyed me or anything, but Seifer and his arrogance annoyed me I guess. I never had problems with Malboros or Ruby Dragons, I was surprised to see all the fuss about them. I dont think either of them ever killed me. Biggs and Wedge are kinda nnoying, just because it calls them a bodd fight, but they're so easy and simple to beat.
EDIT: Also, the damn XATM092 annoys me when he chases me and whatnot. Although the AP makes up for it :) I still dont like all the different things needed done to avoid attack.
