Hard to say since the traditional Vierra all seem to never leave a village with nothing but girls, and none of those are going to discuss their relationshps with eachother with Vaan.

The only (openly) paired off Viera is the one Vaan hooks up with the guy Rabernaster I think. (SPOILER)Her using the phrase Soulmate definately suppports the mate for life thoery though.
