See that 5200? That's really all you need to look at. And the brand. I use ATI myself, but isn't 5200 one of GeForce's higher end models? I would think it works. Also, since you posted two different kinds of cards, you should make sure your computer can even handle an AGP card and such. Some don't have AGP slots I believe so you'd have to stick with the PCI kind. Though I'm honestly not sure how rare/popular the difference is in compatibility.
