If it can't be fixed through a PM to a Staff member, what makes you think that posting in Feedback will fix it?
Oh, maybe so that everyone on the site can see that there was an alleged problem and Staff did nothing to fix it (in the PMers opinion) and then everyone can jump on Staff again for not doing their job?
