chaos: Discuss Wrestlemania in here if you're going to be watching the show, or if you're just another wrestling fan.
Rubedo: Here's my overview of the event and the matches. Don't worry, none of these are spoilers, as all of them are confirmed matches. This is what I posted at another forum (link to that post) Remember, this is the card so far, and there will probably only be one or two more matches added, considering Wrestlemania is in 15 days.

There are still three weeks until Wrestlemania 22, but already, tons of people are expecting one hell of a show. The WWE is wise in putting some matches on Saturday Night's Mainevent, so they will not harm Wrestlemania. So, with the matches left, we have matches that will guarantee success, and other matches that have the potential to be great. This is my take on how Wrestlemania 22 will go, and how great the matches will be.
<a href="http://:bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou:"><img src="http://i1.:bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou:/rqx5j4.jpg" border="0" alt="Image hosting by TinyPic"></a>
The crowd reaction is enough to get people watching this match. The buildup has been very unpredictable, and so many things can happen at the grandest stage of 'em all. Perhaps a heel turn for John Cena? Or maybe he will take all the boo’s, and still come out on top. Besides the crowd reaction, which will be gold, there is also the match. Triple H always goes to the top of his game at Wrestlemania, and it shows with all the fantastic matches he's pulled off (vs. Undertaker/Wrestlemania 17, vs. Chris Jericho/Wrestlemania 18, vs. Shawn Michaels vs. Chris Benoit/Wrestlemania 20, Fatal Fourway/Wrestlemania 16). Even with Batista, who IMO wasn't ready to Mainevent Wrestlemania, Triple H was able to pull off an above average Mainevent. John Cena will hopefully try his best at this Wrestlemania, reminded of the failure of Wrestlemania 21. These two might be able to mesh, but regardless, I think they will be able to pull off a good Main Event.
<a href="http://:bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou:"><img src="http://i1.:bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou:/rqx5qp.jpg" border="0" alt="Image hosting by TinyPic"></a>This match will be on par with Wrestlemania 20's Triple Threat Match. Kurt Angle and Orton have good chemistry from what I've seen, and with Mysterio in it, you can be guaranteed some fun with it. This match also has a quite unpredictable outcome. Will Kurt Angle retain, as his reign hasn't been too long. Or will Randy Orton hit the RKO out of nowhere, and become the World Heavyweight Champion again? Maybe Mysterio will pull out an Underdog win, and celebrate in the ring with Chris Benoit and Chavo. Either way, we know this will be a good match.

I personally think this match is a mistake. Every year, you can expect Shawn Michaels to make something magical at Wrestlemania. I know that Mr. McMahon's Wrestlemania bouts have been actually pretty good, but he's only getting older. Shawn Michaels may not have that much time left in the wrestling business, so he should go out at Wrestlemania in another magical match. But then again, this match still has potential. Whether Vince has been working it out, or juicing it up, he's in shape. And Michaels can pull a great match out of everybody. Give this match a gimmick, and it will turn out even better. This match will boost buy rates, as the audience has been eating up this feud. Here's hoping that if this match gets a stipulation, it's "I Quit".

This one is another one of those guaranteed good matches. Even when Foley's not in shape, he's been able to pull off good matches with the worst of them. In his blog, he stated that he’d be going to the gym, so that means he will come to Wrestlemania in shape. As for Edge, he said in an interview that he wanted to make this match special, and with two men who've been in an endless amount of hardcore/ladder matches, I'm sure they'll make a great match. Expect a lot of bloodshed, and basically a lot of spots. The best part about this match is that I'll be happy for whoever goes over in this one.
<a href="http://:bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou:"><img src="http://i1.:bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou:/rqx6dj.jpg" border="0" alt="Image hosting by TinyPic"></a>
This has been given some decent buildup. But after SNME, I'm sure WWE will concentrate on it more. RVD will most likely pull off some crazy stops in this, and with Shelton Benjamin, it only sweetens the deal. Ric Flair might not have much experience in ladder matches, but the TLC against Edge was great, so I'm sure he'll do great this time around as well. With the addition of three Smackdown superstars, I'm sure it will be great, because Smackdown can only add to the match in a good way. Spotfest or not, this match won't be as good as last year's, which was overflowing with talent, but it won't be too far behind.
<a href="http://:bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou:"><img src="http://i1.:bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou:/rqx6og.jpg" border="0" alt="Image hosting by TinyPic"></a>
These two squared off before, in a match that ended in a Disqualification. With Mark Henry apparently "screwed" out of his title shot, he decided to take out his anger on Undertaker, by splashing him through a table. That's how this feud started. Their first match was pretty good, and everybody can admit that Mark Henry's improving. His "sexual chocolate" gimmick was horrible, and instead using the moniker "The World's Strongest Man", he's garnered more success. If they were able to do good on Smackdown, I'm sure that at Wrestlemania, in a Casket Match, they will do even better. This match does, though, have a chance of failure, but it's quite slim, considering that they've both been doing good in these past few months. This is a match with a lot of potential, and hopefully they will be able to bring glory back to the "Casket Match" gimmick, considering the failure it's received in 2005 (Undertaker vs. Heidenreich... need I say more?)

A match that is a guaranteed success, considering it has two top stars in it. There match on Smackdown was great, and had fast paced action which I will also expect at Wrestlemania, except it will be better. What this feud is lacking right now is proper buildup. It has some, but JBL needed to address Benoit better this Smackdown. After SNME, they'll be able to garner attention with the two weeks they will have to hype up the match. Benoit is always great, so we can expect something really special at Wrestlemania, where he will really give it his all.
<a href="http://:bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou:"><img src="http://i1.:bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou::bou:/rqx729.jpg" border="0" alt="Image hosting by TinyPic"></a>
Say what you want, but in my head, this match has received a lot of buildup. Chris Masters and Kane have had grudges against each other, and before, I was scared they would square off at Wrestlemania. Instead, the WWE Thought it over, and decided to make it a tag-match. Masters and Carlito already have great chemistry, whether it's them working together, or Carlito screwing over Masters. Carlito has been improving, and if he proves to be a success in this match, he will get a big push. Big Show and Kane have also been doing well separately, and they are great Tag Champs. Hopefully they will lose, and Chris Masters and Carlito will revive the ever-so-dead Tag Division. If both teams give it their all, then we could see another match at this Wrestlemania that will be getting good feedback.
