Hmm, I'm don't really like this set, the reason isn't that I don't know who these characters are, it's the pics themselves, blurry, funny looking color, and just bland.
I know it's been less than 10 posts...but I have a new sig, and I've been wanting to rate that one.

Interesting set. Seems very moody to me. The guy reminds me of Squall from 8. Its his facial expersion that does itI love the quotes used, sadly youve forgotten to add the first ". Never mind. Its readable which is good. Nice classy font also. I cant see a border, pity.
Avatar is nice because it isnt a direct cut. Another nice quote, sadly I cant read it 100%. Pity the avatar size is so small on here.

Just kidding. xD Well, let's see, to start, I think the yellow swirls look nice with the image. They go well, as does the swirly sort of font, and the shadow of it looks nice. I also love the border thing it has. It looks cool! The yellow colouring of the brushes and text go really well with the image. Very nice! 8.5/10 for the signature and... 7/10 for the avatar.
Your sig and avatar is good. I like the background. It could use colour. 7/10
