Okay, you basically just rate the person's avatar and signature above you. Please don't settle for: "That's good" try and make it a little longer with some explanation behind your criticism.

Ok, well I like your sets Chris, despite what others say. They are simple and eye catching and you have a different one nearly every week! You seem to be a big Grace Jones fan, cool!
Sig:
Ok, first off I like the size. Its not your average banner size or shape, which makes it more eye grabbing. Black and white is excellent and your font isnt OTT. Its perfect and simple tying in well with your chosen image. And a nice white border to round it off.
Avatar:
A cut out of your chosen image with a border and no text messing it up
Overall: 7/10 for both

Avatar: Kinda blurry but still cool. Good thing it matches with sig.

Agent Proto's sig is cool because it has a cool looking guy pointing at something off screen. What could he be pointing at? Three ducks crossing the road? An approaching tornado? Only that guy (or proto) knows the truth!
His avatar goes nicely with his sig, so I rate it a 10 out of 10!

Aw man, I wish you posted this yesterday. I like my old banner, with Namie Amuro, over this one. So can you rate that instead? I think I might change it back soon, I really like the Namie one.
Also, to Kain's_Girl/ff7+ff10 gurl 100 (since she made it): I like it! I like the colours and I really like the text, I'm not usually all that good with text at all. I would suggest a thin border, but that's just to my personal taste. xD The av is cool too! I like the picture chosen!

It's Hadoken. And I noticed it's a lot faster in Firefox than IE. It was slow in IE. And just for having FFV in your sig it gets a 7/10.
