What exactly do you have to obtain it? I've heard things like...
1) Capture 10 of every monster in every region.
2) Capture 10 of every species in every region.
3) Capture 1 of every monster in every region.
4) Capture 10 of every monster of every region of a specific species.
4) Some mixture of all the above.
Someone help.
You need to capture 10 of every fiend in 10 different areas. The go back to the Monster Arena.

Actually, you need to capture 10 monsters of 10 different species, in 10 different areas.
ie, you need to catch 10 dingos from besaid, 10 hornet things from kilika, 10 dual horns from MiIhen, etc

No, all you need to do is qualify for ten Area Conquests, ten Species Conquests, or some combination of the two.
If you just capture 10 of EVERY fiend, you should not have a problem.

I definately didn't capture 10 monsters of 10 different species in 10 different regions. More like 1 of each species in 10 different regions.
the guide book is always rong... listen to vivi and auron they are right...
dont bother powering up his ultimate weapon its uBeR nobletizle its powered up when he has low hp... use a diff char or at least a diff weapon his ultimate is t37 blowzorz
