I think the lines show that you did alot of work making it, and that they just look plain awesome. Like, you can see the 'framework' of an artwork, how much work it took for them to make it.

Hey all!
I'm a FFVII nutbar and an artist (I think), so I sketched up my favorite bad@$$ in black and scanned it in. My scanner isn't great, so I had to get funky with the color balances to see it all and cut out the area around him to get the filesize down.. but have a look please, let me know what you think. ^^

This was drawn completely in regular pencil.
(You'll be able to see the original in non-screwed filesize on my website, DeviantSun.com, when my fiancee gets around to finishing the site.)

Also, never posted a pic on here before.. hope it comes out thumbed and not enormous -_-;
