I might pre-order it tomorrow. There's enough places here that I'll probably be okay, though, without pre-ordering it.
EDIT: It looks like Best Buy won't sell it until Thursday, so I'll probably pre-order mine at Circuit City tomorrow and pick it up at lunch on Tuesday.

I encountered a similar problem. I've got more than just Wal-Mart, but both GameStops won't sell it until Wednesday, Best Buy won't until Thursday, and Circuit City might not at all. I just bit the bullet and reserved it at GameStop.
