Sorry, apparently I wasn't informed of your post.
Wrong.
Oh, btw, isn't that morning quote from the PC version? I'm not sure who says it, but I want to say "things never change" instead of "nothing changes."

maybe we can have 2 quotes going at once, at you could be right about the things never change/nothing changes thing. Its not exact - but its not like someone else says it.
Could you say which disc your one is from?

I think yours is the train guy in Sector 7 before you go to Sector 5.
Mine is somewhere on Disc 1.

Yeah you are right. I thought I had a real hard one there, not many people talk to that guy - nice quote though dontcha think?
Anywho... Im thinking that yours sounds a little like Hojo maybe?

It just came to me. The guy who wrote the letter to Tifa which you can read in the Kalm flashback - can't remember the name though; possibly Johnny?

That guy doesn't have a name, or at least they don't tell you it's Johnny.
Nope. Too late.

Um, he can be at the Honeybee Inn, yes.
Hint: CAN
EDIT: Oh, when I said Disc 1, that's when the quote was. He's not necessarily stuck existing in Disc 1.

No, a little "higher."
He can also be "higher" than Aeris, Tifa, and Cid.
