How about a pop-up notification for one's own usernotes?
It would say this on the pop-up
" Mirth and merriment say if you don't check your users notes you'll get shot by a cat named lezza"
This is up to an admin. I don't know if it's possible, but I don't have a problem with it.

Well, for people like kikimm and Psychotic popups would suck, but I would assume along with the option for having a popup would be an option to, you know, choose whether or not you want it enabled. ding.
